Matthew Cohen, Esq. is the Principal and CEO of Two Rivers Title Company, a multi-state title and escrow company with offices along the east coast from New York to Florida. Earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Finance from Rutgers University and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, Matthew has been a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars for over 30 years. He is a frequent lecturer on industry matters throughout New Jersey, for multiple Bar Associations and the NJICLE. Matthew currently serves as Consultor for the New Jersey State Bar Association, advising on proposed and pending matters, including the advancement of permanent Remote Online Notarization legislation in NJ. Matthew is a respected member of the New Jersey Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association, the Monmouth County Bar Association, the Monmouth County Association of Realtors, and the Monmouth Ocean Development Council. As a Trustee for the Monmouth County Bar Association, Matthew's expertise and guidance are regularly relied upon. Matthew is passionate about his community and since its inception in 2003, Two Rivers Title is a proud supporter of local organizations and charities. Matthew has served as a Trustee on the board of STEAMpark, INC., which provides educational-based programming for at-risk children, and also serves as the VP of the Board of Trustees for the Monmouth Conservation Foundation.

Scott joined Two Rivers Title as an Account Executive in 2020. Prior to joining Two Rivers Title, Scott managed his own, highly successful, business working directly with Fortune 500 companies and began making his mark in the title insurance industry.

Shelly joined Two Rivers Title as a Senior Account Executive in 2015 but has worked in the Title Industry for over 25 years. Previously, she founded and owned Aspen Title Company. Shelly's favorite part of working at Two Rivers is working with her attorney friends and meeting prospective clients.

Terry joined the Two Rivers Title Family of Companies in 2014 bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Two Rivers Title, Terry served as Business Line Financial Controller, AVP for Citibank, earning their prestigious Service Star award for spearheading global initiatives and successfully renegotiating large vendor contracts. At Two Rivers Title, Terry is responsible for risk management strategy, procurement and ensuring that all client funds arrive safely at their destination and on time for closings.

Victoria joined Two Rivers Title as an Account Executive in 2014, and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker. Victoria brings a wide array of experience in Photography, Media, Marketing, and Public Relations to her job giving her a unique approach to working with and helping her clients. Victoria has a BA in Journalism and Television Production from Radford University. Her favorite part of working at Two Rivers is developing relationships between Real Estate Professionals and our Company.
William Dowd, IV, formerly owner of Republic Title, a third generation abstract and title agency in Union County, joined Two Rivers Title on January 1, 2019, assuming the role of Senior Title Examiner. Considered a titan within the title industry, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company, together with an unparalleled reputation for being able to solve the most difficult title issues.
