The mission of TVCTV is to strengthen the fabric of community life by providing communication tools, training and opportunities. In order to fulfill this mission, TVCTV works in partnership with individuals, community groups, governments, educational institutions and area businesses... TVCTV provides three channels for Public Access. Each channel has its own guidelines for content. Together they provide a collection of programming created locally and around the world... TVCTV Creative Services is more than just Government Meetings on TV. We specialize in client and jurisdictional-focused video production.
