Agam Sivia joined TriWest in 2023 and is an Associate in the investment group. Prior to joining TriWest, Agam worked as an Investment Banking Associate for Credit Suisse in the Global Energy and Infrastructure group in Calgary, where he was involved in various M&A advisory mandates, and equity and debt financings.
Agam graduated with distinction from the Ivey Business School at Western University with an Honors degree in Business Administration.
Allie Moran joined TriWest in 2020 and is a Senior Associate in the investment group. Prior to joining TriWest, Allie worked as an Investment Banking Associate within TD Securities' Global Energy group in Calgary, where she was involved in various M&A advisory mandates and equity and debt financings across the energy sector.
Allie graduated with distinction from the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta, with a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
Ana joined the TriWest Finance team in 2022. Ana's prior professional experience includes; private wealth, telecommunications, O&G services, professional services and the automotive sector. Areas of expertise include; full cycle accounting, investment schedules, stewardship of personal and corporate bank accounts and dealing with foreign currencies.
Ana achieved her PICPA & MBA, Philippines and PCP, Canada (2014).

Anita joined the finance team at TriWest in 2021. Her previous experience has been dedicated to the private client and high-net worth space. She has held senior positions with a private equity firm, family office, and several high-net worth individuals providing accounting and tax services.
Anita is a Chartered Professional Account (CPA, CA) and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. She has completed the Chartered Professional
Chad Danard joined TriWest in 2005. Prior to joining TriWest, Chad worked at Morgan Stanley in the Global Energy and Utility Group in New York and in the Canada Group in Toronto. While at Morgan Stanley, Chad was involved in a variety of M&A-related strategic advisory assignments, equity offerings and both private and public debt financings. Chad also spent time in India, where he co-managed the day-to-day operations for the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley Advantage Services. Chad was previously a Director of the Calgary Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Chad received a Bachelor of Commerce degree (finance concentration) from the Queen's School of Business, where he graduated at the top of his class.
Dave Connolly joined TriWest in 2011 and is a Managing Director in the investment group. Prior to joining TriWest, Dave worked at Blackmont Capital in the Investment Banking Group in Toronto, where he was involved in M&A advisory assignments and equity financings in a variety of industries, including industrials, mining, telecom and financial services.
Dave received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree, with a concentration in finance, from the Queen's School of Business, where he graduated with First Class Distinction. Dave is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Calgary.
Dino DeLuca joined TriWest in November, 2015 as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created position with the launch of Fund V. As COO, Dino is responsible for and oversees a wide variety of areas within TriWest, including finance, investor reporting and relations, governance functions and administration, as well as supporting the transaction and investment teams and TriWest's portfolio companies. Dino is also Chair of the TriWest Investment Committee.
Prior to joining TriWest, Dino was a Senior Partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, a leading Calgary-based law firm. His law practice was focused on commercial transactions (including private M&A), banking and equipment finance. He also had a significant role in the management of BD&P as a Member of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Business Development Committee, Chair of the Partnership Admission Committee and Chair of the Commercial Transactions Group. Dino has been recognized with several honors throughout his distinguished legal career, including being named one of the "Best Lawyers in Canada" continuously since 2006.
Dino served on the Board of Directors of STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service) for 7-years (2013 to 2020), including 4-years as Co-Chair. STARS operates the not-for-profit helicopter ambulance service in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. He has recently joined the Board of Directors of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. Dino holds degrees in Mining Engineering and Law from Queen's University and he was called to the Alberta Bar in 1988.

Duncan Adams joined TriWest in 2013 and is a Managing Director in the investment group. Prior to joining TriWest, Duncan worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Canaccord Genuity. He was a generalist within the M&A, restructuring and corporate finance group and was responsible for performing financial, valuation and industry analysis. Duncan played a key role in supporting M&A and restructuring transactions, as well as debt and equity financings across a number of industries.
Duncan currently serves as a Director of the Calgary Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Duncan graduated with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, with an Honors degree in Business Administration. He concurrently received his Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (with distinction) from the University of Western Ontario.

Jeff Belford joined TriWest at the inception of Fund II in 2003 from Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company Inc., a former TriWest portfolio company. Jeff contributes both financial and operations expertise to the TriWest team, having gained significant experience prior to joining TriWest. Jeff was CFO of Swiss Water from 2000 to 2003, during which time the company was listed on the TSX as an income trust. From 1996 to 2000, Jeff was Director of Finance and Operations for Descente North America, an international sportswear company. Prior to Descente, Jeff spent seven years with Kraft Foods in various finance roles.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

John Watkins joined TriWest in 2011 and is a Senior Vice President in the finance group. Prior to joining TriWest, John was a Manager at MNP LLP where he provided assurance, tax and advisory services.
John received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and has earned his Certified Public Accountant (New Hampshire, USA) designation. John is also a CFA Charterholder and a member of CFA Society Calgary.
Jon Spencer joined TriWest in 2007 and is a Managing Director in the investment group. Prior to joining TriWest, Jon worked at RBC Capital Markets in the Global Energy Group where he was involved in a number of public equity offerings and mergers and acquisition assignments.
Jon currently serves as a Director of the Calgary Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (formerly acted as President). From 2008 to 2010, Jon served as President for the Calgary Chapter of the Richard Ivey School of Business Alumni Association.
Jon graduated with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, with an Honors degree in Business Administration.

Katie Webber joined TriWest in April 2019 as Executive Assistant to the COO, Senior Managing Directors, Managing Directors, and Vice Presidents, she is a part of the Investor Relations team and is the Office Manager. Prior to joining TriWest, Katie has had experience in several industries, including IT, oil and gas, and commercial real estate.
Katie has over 16 years of office administration experience and C-Suite level support.
Katlyn Fix joined TriWest in 2014 and is a Controller in the finance group. Prior to joining TriWest, Katlyn worked as an accountant with MNP LLP where she provided assurance and tax services.
Katlyn obtained her Charted Accountant (CA) designation in 2014 and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) from the University of Alberta.
Logan Miller joined TriWest in 2018 and is a Vice President in the investment group. Prior to joining TriWest, Logan worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in BMO Capital Markets' Global Energy Group, where he was involved in various debt and equity financings and M&A advisory mandates.
Logan received his Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) from the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta, with a major in Finance and minor in Operations Management.

Lorne Jacobson co-founded TriWest in 1998 and, as Vice Chairman, contributes a wealth of knowledge in the areas of corporate development and law. From 1994 to 1998 he served as Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel of Burns Foods Limited. He was responsible for a variety of corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and financings as part of the management team for this leading Canadian food company.
Prior to Burns Foods, Lorne was a partner in the Calgary office of the national law firm of Bennett Jones where he specialized in corporate and securities law.
Lorne serves as a director or officer on a number of public and private companies and charitable organizations, including as Chairman of the Board of Governors of Trinity Western University, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Venture Capital Association.
Mick MacBean joined TriWest in 2010 as a Senior Managing Director and brings a wealth of operations, governance and financial experience to the TriWest team. After spending the early part of his career at an integrated advisory and private equity firm, Mick executed his hand as an entrepreneur, building a very successful Western Canadian based services firm from a start up to an ultimate exit to a TSE listed purchaser over a ten year period.
Mick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Director. Mick also currently serves on the Board of Directors of two TSE listed companies.
Mike Stone joined TriWest in 2021 and is a Vice President in the investment group. Prior to joining TriWest, Mike worked for TD Securities in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group in Calgary and the Diversified Industries Group in Toronto, where he was involved in a number of M&A advisory assignments and equity and debt financings. Mike began his career as a Business and Investment Advisor to James A. Richardson's Family Office in Winnipeg.
Mike received his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), with a concentration in Finance, from the I.H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba.

Morgan Kalansky joined TriWest in July 2023 and is Senior Executive Assistant to Mick MacBean, Senior Managing Director. Morgan brings over 15 years' experience in the Investment Banking and Wealth Management industries to TriWest, with expertise in senior administrative support and Operations management.
Nicole Ireland joined TriWest in 2021 and is an Accountant in the finance group. Prior to joining TriWest, Nicole was a General Accountant at Walton Global Investments Ltd. where she was a part of the corporate accounting team.
Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.

Norm Rokosh joined TriWest in 2010 as a Senior Managing Director and brings strong operations and governance experience to the TriWest team. Prior to joining TriWest, Norm was President/CEO of a number of publicly traded industrial and service companies with operations in Western Canada and internationally from 1997 to 2009. In 2008, Norm was ranked 4th in Canada's "Top CEOs of the Year" for three-year investor return from a public company.
Norm holds an engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the London Business School, U.K.
Patrick Gobran joined TriWest in 2023 and is a Senior Associate in the investment group. Prior to joining TriWest, Patrick worked for Stifel FirstEnergy in the Investment Banking Group in Calgary, where he was involved in a number of M&A advisory assignments, equity, and debt financings across the energy sector. Prior thereto, Patrick began his career at a Calgary-based merchant bank.
Patrick received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and real estate, from Longwood University, where he was a member of the Division I Men's Golf Team. Patrick is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Calgary.

Ron Jackson co-founded TriWest in 1998, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in senior management with Burns Foods. He served as President of Burns Foods for the 10 years prior to founding TriWest, during which period the company expanded to generate over $1 billion in sales annually.
Ron has invested in all of the TriWest Funds and continues to take an active interest in TriWest's activities.
Ryan Giles joined TriWest in 2006. Prior to joining TriWest, Ryan was an Associate with Onex Corporation, where he was actively involved in evaluating and conducting due diligence for new investment opportunities for Onex Partners Fund I. Previously, Ryan worked in the Canada Group of Morgan Stanley and was involved in various M&A and financing-related assignments. Ryan graduated with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, with an Honors degree in Business Administration. He received his A.B., Economics and Math, from Bowdoin College.
Ryan also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation and was previously on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
