TVSCI - Key Persons

Michael is back with TVSS after a period as a Metrologist for PAR Pharmaceuticals. During that time, he became proficient on Waters HPLC equipment, being factory trained in these systems. He also supported other brands of equipment, so has a broad skill set to offer our Customers. His background started in the Navy studying electronics and progressed to working for Panasonic as a service representative. That background gives him an understanding of electronics that strengthens our knowledge base at TVSS. When unusual electronics problems occur, we have an in-house specialist that we can call on for help.

Patrick is currently our HPLC service specialist. Focusing on a single product line allows learning the fine details that create an outstanding service person. He is the newest member of our staff, but brings many skills to the job that the "old guys" lack. His background includes supervisory positions with a pharmaceutical distributor and as a Marketing Development Manager for Coca-Cola. The application of his marketing and supervisory experience makes him focused on the Customer's needs and finding the right solution to meet those needs.

Roger started TVSS in 2005 after being laid off from a local pharmaceutical company where he served as an in-house chromatographic instrument specialist. As a former HP/Agilent service representative, the training and skill set required were already in place to begin the new business.
