AS Trigon Property Development has evolved as a result of the division of AS Viisnurk on September 19, 2007 and the core business activity is property development in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, AS Trigon Property Development owns one property development project, which is a 32.8 ha land-area in Niidu area, Pärnu city, Estonia. The company intends to develop business property for logistics, warehousing and light industry in the area.
