TUCKER'S HOUSE - Key Persons
Graham first became aware of Tucker's House through first-hand experience, as Tucker's House helped him and his wife Heather in making their home more safe and accessible for their daughter Mikayla who had Dandy-Walker Syndrome. Unfortunately, Mikayla passed away in September of 2018 but still holds an important place in their family. In addition to Mikayla, Graham and Heather have four other daughters and a son. Graham brings extensive non-profit experience to Tucker's House, having worked at three different non-profit organizations in operations, sales, marketing, and fundraising. Kayla's passion for accessible design came through seeing her son Owen struggle to navigate the world in a wheelchair. This experience gave her a new perspective on the spaces around her and ignited in her a drive that led her to complete several small projects in their family home and extended family homes to make everyday living friendlier to Owen's needs. Bringing this understanding to Tucker's House, Kayla leads our efforts to create a smooth experience for the families we work with. From introduction to completed project, Kayla walks with families each step of the way.
She lives in Franklin with her husband Tyler, and their son Owen.

Marcel is passionate about advocating for youth and families. With two sons, he and his wife know how critical it is for children to feel safe, comfortable, and supported at home. Marcel is grateful to be a member of the Tucker's House team, where families know they will receive individualized, compassionate care, and donors have confidence their contributions will support the lifetime needs of children with disabilities and their families. As a nonprofit founder, he has built a strong reputation in Middle Tennessee at numerous levels, from fundraising across various sectors to relationship-building with city and state government offices. Combining both local and national nonprofit experience, Marcel builds bridges between compassionate community partners and children and families seeking holistic solutions to unique challenges.
Riley graduated from The University of Alabama with a BS in Human Environmental Sciences, Early Childhood Education. She has worked at organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, and The United Way. Riley has welcomed two nephews in the last few years and enjoys spending as much time with them as possible. She's proud to be a team member at Tucker's House and wholeheartedly embraces the mission that every child should feel at home.

Sandra received her BS in PT from the University of New England in 1988. She has worked in a variety of settings including the NICU, SCU, inpatient, outpatient pediatric clinics, home care, school systems, aquatic therapy, and hippotherapy. Sandra has expertise in serial casting and home modifications for accessibility. Sandra is an adjunct faculty member at Belmont University in the PT program. Watch Sandra's story with Tucker's House.

Sunny is the founder of Tucker's House as well as the grandmother of Tucker Rosanbalm, the inspiration for Tucker's House. The journey of Tucker and his parents brought to light the huge need for families that have children with disabilities to make their homes accessible and safer. Sunny has over 30 years of experience in construction management and architectural design alongside her husband, Mike, who has been a contractor for over 40 years. Sunny and Mike are the proud grandparents of 17 children. Watch Sunny's story with Tucker's House.
Teresa has enjoyed working and building relationships with the youth as a high school teacher in Michigan and previously as a college access coordinator for the Spanish-speaking community at four MNPS schools. She's always had a passion for storytelling through videography and design and is excited to use those skills to share with others about Tucker's House and the impact it has had on many families.
Teresa has lived in many states including Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to learn about different cultures and languages, and hopes to visit Japan one day!
