In 2012, Tom transitioned out of homebuilding and sold that portion of the business to David Weekley Homes, a large private homebuilding company who shared the values of quality and outstanding customer service. From 2012 thru 2016, T.W. Lewis actively engaged as a partner with David Weekley Homes in Phoenix. We are now focusing on philanthropy and other real estate investments... At T.W. Lewis Company, we have always been guided by our core values, and an underlying philosophy that encourages us to treat our customers and business associates with respect, courtesy and prompt attention to their needs.
