UGRA

The Upper Guadalupe River Authority (UGRA) was created as a conservation and reclamation district by the Texas Legislatures in 1939. In short, the mission of the UGRA is to protect, develop, and manage the water quantity, quality, and sustainability in the Guadalupe River watershed in Kerr County.
