UNECON Associates Limited was formally registered on the 9th of May 1969 but did not actively engage in Consulting Engineering Services until January 1970. UNECON Associates Limited has extended considerably to include Mechanical and Electrical Services in high rise Office Buildings, Health Institutions, Industries, Master Plan, Infrastructural Development, Housing Schemes, Educational institutions, Environmental / Sanitation / Waste Management and Commercial Buildings / Institutions. The firm became Limited Liability on July 24th, 1987. UNECON Associates Limited has put in place a solid training programme for her staff and a robust succession plan which afford qualified Engineers to aspire to the highest office in the company. Thus, enabling the Partners to retire from active participation in the day to day running of the business and are fully engaged as Consultants to the firm on retirement.
