Taiwan Cooperative Bank has been privatized on Apr. 04, 2005. The other two shareholders are owned by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of China in Taiwan. The Shareholding of Taiwan Cooperative Bank amounts to 90.02% whilst the other two banks own each 4.99% of the shares of United Taiwan Bank.
