Our Founder Lloyd Msomi has been entrepreneurial since early years in high school,
The Urban Nation seed however, was planted later years when Lloyd Msomi found himself frustrated being a "token" in boardrooms, and constantly observing clients engage and give repeated work to agencies that did not understand their market and end consumers.
In 2009, he eventually decided to make a difference and quit full-time employment to pursue his vision of building an independent diversified group.
