Jeff Peila

Dr. Peila , has been a fixture here since 1995. He was born and raised in Lyons, CO, attended Colorado State University, receiving his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1988. After graduation, he practiced in the Pacific Northwest for several years before returning home. His interests include surgery, encompassing TPLO procedures, and he has a passion for managing chronic osteoarthritis problems in our older patients. He is an empty nester, except for Louie, his Portuguese Water Dog/mini Aussie mix. Outside of work, he tries to spend as much time on a river or in the woods as possible.

Robert Biller

Dr. Biller, has lived in Longmont for 13 years. He received his DVM from Colorado State University in 1994 and has been working at Valley Vet Hospital since 1998. When not in the office Dr. Biller can be found enjoying his favorite outdoor activities of bird hunting and fishing with his wife and son and their two Labrador Retrievers.

Trish Caffey

Dr. Caffey joined Valley Veterinary Hospital in July of 2022. She was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She attended undergrad school at New Mexico State and received her DVM at Colorado State University. Outside of working she enjoys horseback riding, off roading in her jeep, fishing, and hunting. She shares her home with her boyfriend and two wonderful furry canine companions Sterling and Simba.
