Keith Girouard, owner of Umagine, ascribes to the notion that a small business is not a small, big business. He believes by using empirically gathered information, an owner can dramatically improve the probability and extent of success through thinking, planning and acting effectively.
Keith holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialty in Organizational Change and Development. His community and business development work has received recognition from United States senators, Edward Kennedy and John Kerry. During the last ten years, Keith has worked with over 200 small businesses helping them plan and execute strategies for success.
His consulting business includes clients in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York and North Carolina. He lives in the beautiful Berkshire hills with his wife and two children.
