Big River Steel has annual raw steel capacity of approximately 3.3 million tons with an Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Metallurgy Furnace (LMF), Ruhrstahl Heraeus (RH) Degasser, and thin slab caster/hot rolling mill. Finishing facilities include a pickle line/tandem cold mill, batch annealing furnaces, a skin pass/temper mill, and continuous galvanizing line. Principal products include hot-rolled, cold-rolled, coated, and electrical sheets.

Christine S. Breves is Executive Vice President - Business Transformation. In this role, Ms. Breves leads the company's procurement function with responsibility for the enhancement and execution of the company's procurement and sourcing strategies including raw materials, indirect materials and services, energy and capital procurement, as well as information technology and sales & operations planning functions. She also assists with specified strategic goals as the corporation continues to execute it's Best for All® Strategy.
Ms. Breves joined U. S. Steel in 2013 to serve as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer. In 2014, she assumed responsibility for the company's logistics services organization and Transtar, U. S. Steel's former short-line railroad subsidiary, and one year later, she was named Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer after adding sales and operations planning (S&OP) to her area of responsibility.
In 2017, Ms. Breves was named Senior Vice President - Manufacturing Support & Chief Supply Chain Officer, assuming responsibility for the following additional areas: corporate engineering; quality; reliability; process health; transformation; information technology; business support; leadership of U. S. Steel's $2 billion asset revitalization program; and the implementation of reliability centered maintenance. In 2019, Ms. Breves was appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and led all aspects of the company's financial responsibilities. In August 2022, Ms. Breves was named Executive Vice President - Business Transformation.
Ms. Breves is a magna cum laude graduate of the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C., where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration anceivedd re The Wall Street Journal Award given annually to the top business school graduate. Ms. Breves earned a master's degree in business administration from The Citadel, also in Charleston. She is a past recipient of the Business Person of the Year Award from the College of Charleston School of Business.
Ms. Breves is a member of the board of directors for Sylvamo Corporation, a NYSE listed global paper company committed to the use of renewable resources. She previously served on the board of directors of Quadrem, an e-commerce marketplace, as well as several professional non-profit boards. She is a Certified Purchasing Manager, a past chairman of CAPS Research Advisory Board, and a past member of the national board of directors of the Institute of Supply Management (ISM). She was the 2018 recipient of the ISM's J. Shipman Gold Medal Award for contributions to the advancement of purchasing and supply management.

Dan Brown was named Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Big River Steel ("BRS") in July 2021 and advanced to Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology Steelmaking in February 2022. In addition to Big River Steel operations, Dan has responsibility over the new mill and facilities planned in Osceola, AR. He has been serving as the BRS Chief Integration Officer since January 2021 and a member of the BRS Operations Integration team since August 2020.
Dan has 25 years of service with U. S. Steel, joining the Company in 1994 as a Management Associate for the Cold Rolling Division at the Irvin Plant, Mon Valley Works. In 1996, he was transferred to Edgar Thomson (Primary Operations), Mon Valley Works and advanced through several increasingly responsible positions in steelmaking and secondary metallurgy. In 2003, Dan relocated to U. S. Steel Serbia as Plant Manager - Primary Operations for two years and then Plant Manager - Finishing and Tin Operations for two years. Dan returned to the U.S. in 2006 as Plant Manager - Finishing Operations at Fairfield Works. In 2007, he became Plant Manager - Primary Operations at Fairfield Works. In 2008, Dan was named Division Manager - Ironmaking at Gary Works, Indiana and then later as Division Manager of Steelmaking and Casting at Gary Works. He was promoted to Plant Manager - Primary Operations at Gary Works in 2018. In April 2019, Dan was named General Manager - Automotive Operations (Great Lakes Works/Midwest Sheet) with responsibilities for the Great Lakes Plant, Desco Coating, and the Midwest Sheet facilities.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Duquesne University.

David B. Burritt was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of United States Steel Corporation in May 2017. At that time, Mr. Burritt was also named to the company's Board of Directors. He had been elected President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2017 with executive responsibility for all aspects of the company's day-to-day business in the United States and Central Europe.
Mr. Burritt joined U. S. Steel in September 2013 to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for all aspects of the company's strategic and financial matters.
Prior to joining U. S. Steel, Mr. Burritt, served as Chief Financial Officer at Caterpillar Inc.
Mr. Burritt was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1977 from Bradley University in Peoria. Mr. Burritt received a master's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois in Champaign in 1990.
Mr. Burritt serves on the board of directors for Lockheed Martin and the National Safety Council. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the worldsteel Board of Directors and is a member of The Business Council.

Edgar Thomson Plant, located about 10 miles southeast of Pittsburgh in Braddock, Pennsylvania, is where basic steel production takes place at Mon Valley Works. Raw materials are combined in blast furnaces to produce liquid iron, which is then refined to create steel. Steel slabs from the facility are sent by rail to the nearby Irvin Plant in West Mifflin, where they are rolled into a number of different sheet products that serve customers in the appliance, automotive, metal building and home construction industries. Mon Valley Works has an annual raw steel production capability of 2.9 million net tons.

Gary Works, U. S. Steel's largest manufacturing plant, is situated on the south shore of Lake Michigan in Gary, Indiana. Comprised of both steelmaking and finishing facilities, Gary Works has an annual raw steelmaking capability of 7.5 million net tons.
Sheet products, strip mill plate in coils and tin products are manufactured at Gary Works. Hot-rolled, cold-rolled and galvanized sheet products are produced for customers in the automotive, metal building components, home construction and appliance markets.
Tin products are also produced at Gary Works. These products are used by customers in the container industry in the manufacture of food and beverage containers, aerosol cans, paint cans and pails, and more.
Irvin Plant, located in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, rolls and treats steel slabs produced at the nearby Edgar Thomson Plant to meet customer specifications. Major sheet products manufactured at the Irvin Plant include hot-rolled, cold-rolled and coated sheet in addition to products for special applications, such as embossed sheet, Vitrenamel™ sheet, and commercial bright sheet. Sheet products from Mon Valley Works serve customers in the appliance, automotive, metal building, and home construction industries. Mon Valley Works has an annual raw steel production capability of 2.9 million net tons.

James E. Bruno joined United States Steel Corporation in December 2014 as Senior Vice President - Automotive Solutions. Under Mr. Bruno's leadership, Automotive Solutions collaborated with automotive customers to develop solutions to address challenges facing the industry, including increased fuel economy standards and enhanced safety requirements.
Mr. Bruno is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers. He earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering technology at Purdue University and has a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Jessica T. Graziano joined U. S. Steel in August 2022 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Jessica leads all aspects of finance, including financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, tax, treasury, pension investments and investor relations.
Before joining U. S. Steel, Jessica spent eight years with United Rentals, Inc., the world's largest equipment rental provider, culminating in her position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2018 through July 2022. In this role, she was responsible for all finance functions and participated in making key operational, acquisition and global expansion decisions.
Previously, Jessica spent five years at Revlon, Inc. where she advanced through positions of increasing responsibility before being named Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Prior to Revlon, she served in a variety of senior leadership roles in the areas of internal audit, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis.
Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University and completed her Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fairfield University. She is a certified public accountant.

Terry L. Dunlap is principal of Sweetwater LLC, a consulting firm with a focus on manufacturing and technology. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President of TimkenSteel Corporation from 2019 to 2021. Prior thereto, Mr. Dunlap spent 31 years with Allegheny Technologies, where he served as Executive Vice President, Flat-Rolled Products from May 2011 until his retirement in December 2014; President, ATI Allegheny Ludlum from 2002 to 2014; and Group President, ATI Flat-Rolled Products from 2008 to 2011.
