Carmen currently acts as Non-Executive Director of Valumax Projects.

Ferdinand studied at the University of Pretoria and Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004, he has spent a few years as a manager at PwC where he obtained experience in accounting, corporate governance, risk management, process improvement and information technology. Ferdinand joined the Safrich and the Valumax Group of Companies in 2008, and presently acts as a Executive Director in Valumax Residential.

Matriculated at Grey College in Bloemfontein and obtained his B.Sc. (QS) degree at the Free State University in 1987. He was a Founder Member of Devcon Development and Construction and later joined the Safrich Group of Companies in 1987 as a Director. Francois was also a Founder Member of Safrich Financial Services and presently acts as an Executive Director of Safdev SSDC and the Valumax Group of Companies.

Completed a shortened M.B.A. at Kolot and University of Cape Town and Financial Management and Arbitration Courses at the University of South Africa (UNISA). Phillip was a founder member of Saunders and Maritz Quantity Surveyors and practiced as a consultant up to 1986. He later became a founder member of the Safrich Group of Companies in 1987. Phillip was also a Founder Member of Safrich Financial Services and presently acts as an Executive Director of Safdev SSDC and the Valumax Group of Companies.

Matriculated at Charlie Hofmeyer High School in Ceres and obtained his M.TRP (Town and Regional Planning) at the University of Stellenbosch in 1983. He practiced as a Consulting Town Planner with VKE and Rosmarin, Taylor, Jaspan and Kriek respectively from 1983 to 1986. Rocco was a Founder Member of the Urban Dynamics Group of Companies in 1986 and acted as Managing Director of Urban Dynamics Gauteng and the Urban Dynamics Group respectively. Rocco also acted as Managing Director for Associate Companies namely Maluleki Luthuli Incorporated, Urban Dynamics Land Survey, Global Image and all the branches in Africa and Madagascar. In 2009 Rocco joined the Safrich Group of Companies and is presently an Executive Director with the Valumax Group of Companies.

Teddy holds various directorships and is a founder member of Mayborn Investments who have been extensively involved in property investment consulting services over a broad spectrum of developments. Presently, Teddy Greaver acts as an Executive Director of the Valumax Group of Companies.
