We started hiring "second-chancers", including ex-offenders, people in recovery, and old folks. This policy improved the character of our team and we have continued this practice... Power swivel business growing. Founded non-profit America in Recovery to encourage small businesses everywhere to hire "second-chancers". Up to 20 people now.
