Lynn reviews daily encounter/superbill forms for complete information and then enters claim information into our medical billing software for reimbursement. She also reviews all accounts to identify trends in denials and notifies and educates offices on ways to reduce denials with the improvement of initial coding and front office procedures. She takes incoming patient phone calls. She also makes outgoing patient phone calls to patients who have accrued outstanding balances. She is a certified medical billing professional and well trained in medical billing software. Lynn has attained a BA in English.
