With her CORES certification, Fabi provides support to our corporate team including incorporations, amalgamations, continuations, amendments, various share transactions, dissolutions, restorations, extra-provincial registrations as well as incorporation and maintenance of societies. She also assists with minute book preparation and reviews.
Hanna works closely with the entire team at Verjee Law and is responsible for the overall direction of Administrative Services as it applies to lawyer support and oversees the day-to-day operations of the office.

Jim practices in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group where his focus is on complex general commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate, professional liability and regulation, corporate disputes, transportation and livery. Jim has over 26 years of trial and appellate experience. Jim has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, Alberta Court of Appeal, Court of King's Bench and Provincial Court. He has represented clients before numerous tribunals and in all areas of alternative dispute resolution.
June has over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and Business Development working in the legal industry. She has worked in legal departments for national and international institutions with experience in support roles, marketing, human resources and management. This experience has lead her to work closely with senior executive to implement business development and client service strategy. She is passionate about advertising and marketing and enjoys working with the talented and motivated Verjee Law Team to enhance development of practice groups while ensuring a strong respected client relationship.

Rob earned his law degree at the University of Calgary in 2022. Prior to attending law school, Rob earned his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of British Columbia, with a focus in International Business and Marketing.
Throughout law school, Rob enjoyed volunteering with the AJEFA to facilitate access to judicial services in French and to promote the use of French in the administration of justice in Alberta. In addition, Rob worked with the Not In My City project to tackle human trafficking in the province of Alberta. Rob actively gives back to the community and during COVID-19 used his skills in the kitchen while working at The Alexandra Community Food Center which is a partnership with other Community Food Centers across Canada providing meals to disadvantaged community members.
Outside of work, Rob has a huge excitement for travel and is fluent in French and Spanish. Rob has been passionate about sports his entire life, from being a competitive swimmer for 10 years as well as an avid skier, hiker, and scuba diver.
