Anita, Vinka's daughter, is now at the helm of this long-standing design house, with well over 30 years of professional experience to her name in bridal fashion and design. Raised in the Vinka workroom with her earliest memories being ones of watching her mother designing and creating, she never even considered any other career aside from following in her mother's footsteps. We emphasise with pride that we design and create every gown ourselves in-house at our Auckland atelier. To this day, 60 years on from the label's creation, Vinka Design is still proudly family owned and operated in Auckland, New Zealand, maintaining its long-standing tradition of creating every gown the old fashioned way - by hand.
