Brigit Michael specializes in live, virtual, and blended learning. She has been in the training field for more than twenty years (with a decade in the virtual classroom) and has delivered a variety of training programs designed to engage employees, elevate performance, and improve productivity at all levels within an organization. She has facilitated on-boarding, performance management, career management, coaching, goal setting, and development training programs.
Brigit has a passion for training and enjoys sharing her knowledge with an energetic and creative approach to help individuals and organizations achieve results. Through storytelling and sharing real-life experiences, she makes learning inspiring and effective. She is also Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified and uses knowledge about psychological type preferences to develop successful strategies for her clients.
Brigit's background includes learning and development, human resource management, human resource information systems, compensation, and financial analysis. She graduated Summa cum Laude with a Master of Business Administration and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
Celeste D Brito is a passionate and inspiring Facilitator and has been contributing for the success of profit and non-profit organizations, internationally, for more than 10 years, now. She also mentors and coaches teams and individuals.
Her main expertise areas are Leadership, Adaptability, Change and Transformation and partners with diverse international companies in the coordination, design, and delivery of virtual and face to face programs.
As a member of the International Association of Facilitation she is a member of the IAF Board and is volunteering as the Europe & Middle East Regional Director.
She developed her career as an HR and Organizational Development Executive in the corporate world. She has credentials in Facilitation processes and techniques, assessment tools, and social sciences.

Deborah Fletcher is a Learning & Development Specialist, who empowers teams to perform under pressure while building customer-centric organizations. She works with corporations to assess and develop performance management systems, employee attraction and retention program strategies, and training and development programs.
As a facilitator, Deborah brings her passion for learning and development to leaders in the areas of organizational change, effective communication, teambuilding and leadership development. Lauren Burns is an experienced virtual producer and facilitator. She started out as a technical producer and has developed her skills to become a seasoned producer and facilitator in multiple training platforms, working with global clients that have diverse needs.
With 10 years of experience as both a facilitator and producer, she offers technical expertise in multiple training platforms as well as the love of teaching in the virtual classroom. It is a passion of hers to show others the advantages of teaching and learning in a virtual environment. Seeing that "light bulb moment" occur when people realize the opportunity and power that exists in virtual training is what keeps her excited to be doing this 10 years into her journey.
Lauren has her undergraduate degree in business finance and obtained her MBA in 2011. She currently resides in Woodstock, GA with her 3 children and new puppy, Charlotte.
Leigh Abbott leverages decades of experience across a multitude of industries to guide companies toward effective hybrid work strategies.
