Our building consists of: PMC Outpatient Therapy, Independent Ash St. Apartments, Assisting Living, and the Nursing Home. We have a beautiful garden that sits between the assisted living and nursing home... Our professional staff take great pride in providing a healthy environment, excellent meals, and interactive activities.
