Tamatha Washington

was born July 2, 1967. She is a mother of four and a grandmother of twelve. She completed her education with Emma Sansom High School and went on to New World College for a degree in Accounting & Office Machines. She then attended the Health Care Training Institute and earned a degree as a Nursing Assistant and worked in the field for 14 years. Later in life, while bed-ridden for eight months, she decided to make the best of the situation and made a vow to God to try and help others overcome the disease of addiction and enrolled in college online at ICDC. She earned an Associate Degree in Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counseling and graduated top of her class. She then opened a spiritual-based program for addicts called, "There Is Hope." Her passion today is God, grandchildren, flowers, and helping others.
