Naidu is a Civil Engineer with M.Tech (Hydraulics & Water Resources) from IIT, Kanpur.
He has over 22 years of experience in water supply, sewerage and storm water drainage projects. He is an expert in planning, detailing, bid process, project management and commissioning of the projects including externally funded projects viz., KfW, World Bank, JICA & ADB. He has rich exposure to international projects in Asia, Africa & GCC countries.
Naidu heads ‘Water Supply & Sanitation' division (WSD) of Voyants. He also heads Voyants South Zone office at Hyderabad and is responsible for business development in South India.
Deepak, with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
He has 20 years of rich experience in development of corporate financial strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, fund raising, taxation, corporate governance, valuation, compliance and legal drafting /vetting. He believes in process based approach and control systems.
Deepak heads the ‘Finance & Accounts' division of Voyants as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for corporate financial strategy and management, corporate governance, compliance, taxation and fund raising for the company.
Dr. Singh has done Masters in Environment Science from Purvanchal University and Ph. D (Botany) from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi.
He has over 25 years of diversified experience in environment management consultancy, compliance, environment protection and sustainability. His core expertise lies in the areas of environmental screening, conducting biodiversity assessments, preparation of environmental impact assessments, environmental management frameworks and plans, natural resources management, forest management for highway, waterways, transmission, rail & metro projects.
He heads the Environment Management Services (EMS) SBU at Voyants.
Jai Shanker is a Civil Engineer from IIT, Roorkee and Masters in Civil Engineering from IIT, Delhi.
He joined Indian Railways Service of Engineers (IRSE) in 1981 & rose to the rank of Principal Chief Engineer. During his innings with Indian Railways, he has lead teams in design and implementation of various prestigious projects. He has vast experience in project planning, monitoring and coordinating execution of rail works, tracks, bridges/ROBs with use of modern concepts and management techniques. He has formulated various innovative systems/policies pertaining to project budgeting and planning for railway construction.
He is Principal Consultant in ‘Rail Infrastructure Division' (RID) of Voyants.
