Alex brings his expertise, patience, and knowledge of a variety of construction industries to the organization and planning of our construction projects. Over the years he has been at IWS, he has developed an intimate understanding of all our project designs and requirements. He helps keep everything moving efficiently.
Alex has been in the construction industry for over 21 years. He began his career in the roofing industry and has vast experience in all areas of the trade. His understanding of the details, both big and small are evident in his interactions with both crew and clientele. As project manager, he leads his team with solid communication and expectations.
Alex was born in Ohio and moved to Texas in 2001. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping and other outdoor activities. He has an active passion for fishing, especially in ocean waters. Alex hopes to one day retire in Florida and spend his days beachside with a fishing pole in his hands.

Blake was born in Bryan, Texas and was raised in Brazoria, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 1995 with a BS in Psychology. Blake would later attain his Series 7 Stock Brokers license. For a couple of years, he worked at firms selling and trading stocks and bonds. That led to serving in the Peace Corps which led to him starting IWS.

Chris was born in Cameron, Texas and was raised on a small farm. From his childhood, he has always had a concern for the environment. This led him to earn a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station. This led to serving in the Peace Corps which led to him starting IWS.
Chris is a licensed professional engineer (PE #99248) in Texas.
For over a decade, Chris has been installing & servicing rainwater harvesting systems with IWS.

Ford brings his attention to detail and his "get it done" attitude to the task of managing our warehouse and assets. He helps prepare our jobs by ensuring that our crews have all the materials needed to complete the job right. He also keeps our warehouse organized and ship-shape.

Gabe ensures that all of our construction projects run as smoothly as possible. Whether its managing our crew, project schedules, or construction issues, he keeps our projects moving forward.
Gabe is a licensed Water Treatment Specialist, Class III, WT0005302.

Reed brings over fifteen years of experience in various bookkeeping roles, specifically pertaining to small businesses. She enjoys the challenges and unique rewards that come from the daily operations of an office.
