Catherine MacGregor is an engineer and graduate of École Centrale de Paris (CentraleSupélec). She has spent her entire career in the energy sector. She has managed numerous complex industrial projects, both internationally and in France. At Schlumberger, the world's leading provider of reservoir identification, drilling, production and processing technologies for the oil and gas industry, where she spent 23 years, she held various positions: engineer in operations in Congo, Scotland and the United States; manager in charge of drilling and measurement operations in Malaysia, the Philippines and Brunei; group Vice-President in charge of human resources; and President of various group entities (Europe & Africa, Drilling). She then headed the Technip Energies entity of the oil services sector company TechnipFMC between 2019 and 2020. Catherine MacGregor joined the ENGIE group on January 1, 2021 as Chief Executive Officer. Areas of expertise: Her specialist profile, knowledge of operational issues and energy business lines, and international experience are all assets for the ENGIE group.

Datuk Tengku Muhammad Taufik is the President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS). He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Finance & Accounting from the Strathclyde University, Glasgow, Scotland. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). His areas of expertise include developing and steering key business strategies, organisational transformation, and financial and risk management. He has vast experience in strategic planning, finance, and business strategy development with a focus on the oil and gas and energy industry. He is an advocate of a just and responsible energy transition by promoting regional partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups in policy shaping, innovation and technology. Datuk Tengku Muhammad Taufik was a PETRONAS scholar and upon returning from his studies, he has held various important roles in the Group. He served as the Executive Assistant to the late PETRONAS Chairman, Tun Azizan ZainulAbidin and later held numerous leadership roles including as the General Manager / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, Head, Finance & Risk Management (Gas & Power) and Head, Group Strategic Planning. Between 2012 and 2018, he served as Deputy CFO and CFO of two public listed companies before becoming a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia leading the firm's oil and gas practice. In 2018, Datuk Tengku Muhammad Taufik returned to PETRONAS as the Executive Vice President and Group CFO and was at the same time appointed as the Executive Director of the PETRONAS Board. He also currently holds Board positions in PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, PETRONAS International Corporation Ltd as well as PETRONAS Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Datuk Tengku Muhammad Taufik was appointed President and Group CEO of PETRONAS in July 2020, responsible for the formulation, direction and steering of key strategies of his Fortune 500 global organisation. In addition to his responsibilities in PETRONAS as well as board stewardship in the above companies, he is the Chairman of East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) Audit Committee, National Trust Fund, Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) Audit Committee and CEO Action Network. After graduating with a degree in finance, management and economics, Florent Menegaux joined Price Waterhouse in 1986 as a consultant. He was soon appointed manager, specializing in interest rate risk control and management for banks. In 1991, Exel Logistics France, a logistics and transport company, offered him the position of Finance Director. Six months later, he was promoted General Manager. From 1995 to 1996, Florent Menegaux was General Manager of the General Cargo Transport division for the Norbert Dentressangle Group. In 1997, Florent Menegaux joined Michelin as Commercial Director for truck tires in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. In 2000, Michelin appointed him Sales Director for Truck Tires Original Equipment and Replacement markets for North America. In 2003, he became head of Truck Tires for South America. In 2005, he was appointed head of the Africa - Middle East Zone. In January 2006, Florent Menegaux became responsible for the Group's Passenger Car and Light Truck Tire Replacement Business Unit for Europe, before being appointed Executive Vice President for the Passenger Car and Light Truck worldwide activities, becoming a member of the Group Executive Committee, in 2008. He also oversees Michelin's Motorsports activities and Materials business. In December 2014, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and then Senior Executive Vice President of the Michelin Group in 2017. In January 2018, he also supervises the Group's Business Directions, and the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customer Experience Operational Directions. On May 18, 2018, Florent Menegaux is named Managing General Partner of the Group. On May 17, 2019, Florent Menegaux is named Chief Executive Officer.

Francisco Ruiz-Tagle is the CEO of Empresas CMPC since August 2018. Mr. Ruiz-Tagle began his career at CMPC in 1991 and since then, he has held different roles in various functions and businesses across the company. Most notably, Mr. Ruiz-Tagle has served as general manager of Celulosa del Pacíficoin Chile, Papelera del Plata in Argentina, and CMPC's Paper Products Division. From 2011 to 2016, he led the company's Forestry Division. Later in 2016 Mr. Ruiz-Tagle became CEO of the combined Pulp and Forestry Business Unit. Mr. Ruiz-Tagle earned an Economics degree at Universidad de Chile and holds an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles. He currently sits on the board of the Corporate Leaders Group for Climate Change (CLG Chile) and formerly served as Co-Chair of the Forest Solutions Group (WBCSD). He also serves as counselor at SOFOFA (Chile's main industrialists' association) and sits on the board at ICARE (Organization promoting business excellence in Chile). Dr. Kadri is a world citizen with Moroccan-French roots and professional experience across four continents. During her 23-year career, she has held various positions at top multinationals such as Shell-Basell, UCB-Cytec, Huntsman, Rohm Haas-Dow Chemical and Sealed Air. Her responsibilities have included research & development, strategy, business and digital in industries spanning automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, mining, water desalination, construction, consumer goods, food service, hospitality and healthcare. She has overseen transformations through multiple mergers and acquisitions. Ilham Kadri led the turnaround of Diversey, starting in 2013, when she joined Sealed Air, the company's owner at the time. She grew Diversey's performance and in 2016, led its spin-off and subsequent divestment to Bain Capital. At Diversey, she delivered annual double-digit profit and revenues growth since 2013, while the company expanded into high-performance sectors such as health care and food service. Employee engagement doubled to a record of 80% in 2016 as she gave the business a clear purpose in strengthening performance and rewarding merit. Ilham Kadri is committed to diversity and inclusion, mentoring young women and promoting female leadership in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Throughout her career, she received awards for fighting illiteracy, for developing charity and for her business leadership. Laurent Freixe is currently Chief Executive Officer of Zone Latin America at Nestlé. Born in Paris, France, Laurent Freixe joined Nestlé France in 1986. After holding different positions with increasing responsibilities in Marketing and Sales, he became the head of the Nutrition Division of Nestlé France in 1999; and was appointed in 2003 Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Hungary before becoming CEO of the Nestlé Iberian Region in 2007. In November 2008, Laurent Freixe joined the Nestlé Executive Board as Executive Vice President with the responsibility for Zone Europe and has been appointed in 2014 Chief Executive Officer of Zone Americas. Following Nestlé's new geographic structure in January 2022, Laurent was appointed Executive vice President and CEO Zone Latin America. With his extensive experience in running two Zones, Europe and Americas, and vast knowledge of Nestlé's core categories, Laurent is also supporting the CEO on Zone coordination. Laurent plays a leading role in promoting youth employment and employability across the company. Starting in Europe, Laurent launched the Nestlé youth initiative, Nestlé Needs YOUth, in 2013 and has been successfully driving this global initiative that aims at providing a wide range of employment opportunities for young people under 30 and strengthen their capabilities, professional skills, to raise their employability. Additionally, on May 23, 2018 Laurent has been named International Youth Ambassador by the International Youth Organization for Ibero-America. Michele Parmelee is the Deloitte Global Deputy CEO and Chief People & Purpose Officer.
