Pamela N. Rosengard is the Vice President of New Business Development and also the Personnel Director at the company. Before coming to WBI she was a Vice President at the executive search firm of Snelling and Snelling.
Robert L. Whalen, Ph.D., is the President and CEO of WBI. Dr. Whalen is an internationally recognized researcher with extensive experience with medical implants, medical materials, and drug delivery systems. He is member of the College of Fellows of the American Institute for Medical and Biomedical Engineering, and he is a member of the American Chemical Society and the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
