Brant Jacobs - President

Brant Jacobs serves as President of WJC and is the co-founder of WJC. He earned his Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University in 2002. Brant is involved in all areas of the company and assists the business administration department, project managers and estimators as needed.

Brenden Morris

Brenden graduated Texas A&M Kingsville in 2009 with a degree in Industrial Technology Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. While going to school, Brenden interned with a large general contractor and was offered a job upon graduation where he worked as an Assistant Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager on numerous projects in the Rio Grande Valley area.

Bryan Jacobs

Bryan began his career with WJC as a project manager in 2014. Bryan is involved with all phases of construction on which he is overseeing. He enjoys the relationships with his clients and providing them with high quality service and an honest approach.

Chris Brzozowski

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Operations
Chris Brzozowski has been with Weaver and Jacobs Constructors, Inc. since 2011 and is currently Vice President of Operations. He has been estimating / project managing commercial projects including: schools, banks, churches, and office buildings for 15 years. Chris successfully conducts day to day project duties which include weekly progress meetings, schedule updates, and resolving daily project discrepancies. He maintains excellent working relationships with subcontracts, owners and architects to ensure each job is completed on time and under budget.

Dallas Hagan

Job Titles:

Dallas graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010. During his time at Texas A&M, Dallas interned with Weaver & Jacobs. After graduation he became a project manager in South Texas, but eventually found his way back to WJC.

Drayton Kolacny

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Drayton began his career with WJC in 2017 as a project intern. After his graduation from college, Drayton was an assistant superintendent on several projects. In 2020 he transitioned to a project engineer for the Corpus Christi office.

Gary Hafernick

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Gary came on board with WJC in 2020 as a project manager. Gary graduated from Texas A&M in 2002 with a degree in Construction Science. During his career, he had the positions of superintendent and project manager. Gary is detail oriented and provides tremendous construction knowledge to all projects he oversees.

James Rath

Job Titles:
  • Director of Field Operations for WJC
James Rath serves as Director of Field Operations for WJC. His responsibilities include day-to-day management of supervisory field staff and he oversees that all warranty calls are given attention and completed timely.

Laurie Jacobs

Job Titles:
  • Accounting Manager
Laurie serves as WJC's account manager. Laurie makes sure that subcontractors and suppliers are paid in a timely manner on each project. She is responsible for tracking costs associated with each and every project.

Mike Weaver

Mike Weaver is the co-founder of Weaver & Jacobs that began in 2002. Mike has more than 37 years of experience in constructing and managing various types of construction facilities which include: parking structures, retail buildings, healthcare facilities, schools, churches, athletics, industrial, correctional, municipal and tenant improvements.

Nina Newton

Job Titles:
  • Secretary
Nina currently serves as Secretary in WJC's Corpus Christi office. Nina works with subcontractors to maintain current insurance certificates on all projects. She works with the project managers on closeout documents and is essential for organizing on-site project meetings.

Patsy Park - Treasurer

Patsy Park serves as WJC's Secretary / Treasurer and has been with Weaver & Jacobs from almost it's inception. She has been instrumental in forming the company's structure and has worn every hat in the business.

Randy Boone

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Randy graduated from the University of Texas in 2009 with a degree in Corporate Communications. He began his career with WJC in 2017 as a project engineer and made a move to project manager in 2019. Randy enjoys building client relationships and resolving day-to-day construction challenges.

Shawn Brandt

Shawn graduated from Texas A&M in 2017. While attending TAMU, Shawn interned with WJC and after graduation, Shawn began his career at WJC as a project engineer. He transitioned to project manager in 2019.

Wes Robinson

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Wes began his career at WJC in 2003 as an assistant project superintendent. He then worked his way to project superintendent and then transitioned in 2014 to project manager. Wes is hands-on with all of his projects and is detailed oriented.
