David B. Dr. Jessica Schulze is a registered patent agent with a Ph.D. in computational chemistry from Penn State University. Dr. Schulze's past research includes developing and utilizing computer methods in quantum mechanics and molecular dynamics to investigate iron-hydride complexes, poly(vinyl) alcohol hydrogels for neuron transplants, amino acids embedded in ice grains for space exploration, and cryo-EM structural biology experimental parameters. From her various collaborations with university professors and scientists and her academic career, Dr. Schulze has experience in chemistry, mathematics, computer programming, super-computing, biology, materials science, and mechanical engineering. She now aims to leverage her academic training and expertise to ensure clients' intellectual property is properly protected by prosecuting patents.
Ethan Boyce has worked in the legal field for 9 years and has been in intellectual property law since 2016. He has experience working with U.S. and Foreign Patent and Trademark Prosecution, including preparing and filing Applications and Office Action Responses, as well as attending to maintenance and renewal deadlines.

Jennifer Hunter has more than 15 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in civil and commercial litigation and white collar defense, including internal corporate investigations and corporate and individual representation in government investigations. Ms. Hunter has extensive experience managing cases with high-volume document collection, reviews, and productions. She regularly attends and participates in hearings and trials as well as managing all aspects of case work up.
Jens C. Jenkins has significant experience and a deep understanding of patent drafting, patent prosecution and post-examination proceedings. Mr. Jenkins' practice is tailored to include in-person Examiner interviews at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In-person Examiner interviews help to expedite the process for obtaining granted patents while also reducing overall prosecution costs. Having conducted over 1,000 Examiner interviews, Mr. Jenkins is one of the most experienced attorneys in the country with such a practice. This has helped Mr. Jenkins obtain patents for a variety of clients having a broad range of technologies, including computer software, computer hardware, business methods, games, complex mechanical systems, military products, survival products, and medical device technologies.
Mr. Jenkins also provides related services including client counseling, portfolio analysis, opinions, and licenses.

Levi Brown's practice involves the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the computer, electrical, and mechanical arts and related strategic counseling. Mr. Brown has been registered as a Patent Agent since 2014 and currently practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Brown joined Workman Nydegger in 2015 as a law clerk.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brown worked as an electrical engineer for the Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation (formerly Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory). There, he assisted in the development of a system-wide calibration program and designed a series of programs to automatically calibrate a large amount of equipment. He also designed various data acquisition systems to extract and synthesize test data.
During law school, he initially served as an associate editor for the Penn State Law Review. Later, he became a member of the managing editorial board.
