CAP is an advocacy program for customers and applicants in Washington state seeking vocational rehabilitation services from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Department of Services for the Blind (DSB) and Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation (TVR) programs, and Centers for Independent Living (CILs).
