I had a plumber come out to my property to fix what looked to be a simple leak. Upon starting the job the he realized the problem was bigger than originally anticipated but he pulled out all the stops to get the job done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing, very easy to talk to and very easy to get along with. Made me feel comfortable with the work getting done, and he persevered through the end of the day to make sure the leak was fixed and water was getting back into my house. TJ was a excellent plumber and the service was phenomenal. I'll be telling my HOA about the service and suggesting them as the go to plumbing service for our complex
Have used them for many years for our home and our office. Always friendly and professional. I worked with Mr & Mrs Wedgeworth many years ago when they ran the business. Glad to see that their hard work has been passed down.
I was very impressed with the prompt response to my call, the email follow up and the phone call alerting me exactly when the service person would arrive. Rex was very thoughtful in his review of our situation to explore all the options and he was able to fix our problem quickly and efficiently. I am happy to have found a good company to work with!
I have used them in the past and was very happy. I called them for a different problem and Donny and Marshall were a pleasure to work with. We've been customers of Wedgeworth Plumbing for a few years now and they have taken great care of us every time. TJ always provides exceptional service and is such a gem to work with. He and Richard came out today to do work in three of our bathrooms. They got us all taken care of and were so courteous and professional. So nice to know we can always count on first class service!
Rex and his crew did a great job. They arrived when they promised and worked hard for the entire day to haul away two regular water heaters and install a tankless water heater. The new water heater works great.In contrast to my experience with other plumbers in the past, I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything that I didn't want. In fact, I was the one who actually asked about going tankless.I was very satisfied and will definitely use this company in the future for my plumbing needs.
Great experience for the second time! Damondrick and TJ did a great job fixing our issue in our master bathroom sink (that the AC unit condenses into?) It's the second time we have the issue, basically because we should have followed the instructions to put bleach with hot water down the drain monthly. They were nice and provided us some laughter, too. Would highly recommend this company!
When my my water heater stopped working, and my regular plumber couldn't fit me into his schedule for several days, I turned to Google to look for a plumber with a favorable review history. I noticed that Wedgeworth Plumbing had consistently high reviews, so I gave them a call. I am happy to add my own high-praise review to the list. I appreciate that they worked me into their schedule for same-day service, twice. I appreciate that both service technicians, TJ and Damondrick could not have been nicer, more polite or more respectful of my home and my time. I highly recommend Wedgeworth Plumbing, and although I hope not to need their services again anytime soon, should the need arise, I will absolutely give them a call.
I have used this company several times now and am blown away by the service, quality and pricing. I have had major re-route work done, minor drain cleaning and water heater work and every time, they seem to provide the best value for the dollar without compromise. I trust them and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.
Shawn did an amazing job. He was very professional and recommended only what we felt was necessary. He was very thorough and prompt.
Before calling Wedgeworth Plumbing, I had two other plumbers tell me that clearing my slow-drain tub would require costly work. Specifically, I was told I would need to install a clean-out access, which would take 2 or 3 days. Wedgeworth sent 2 plumbers, who recommended taking a simpler approach, after explaining the pros and cons. They worked on running a line to clear the blockage and within half an hour had cleared the drain. Their bill matched the estimate I was given before they started the work and was very reasonable. Also, they were very professional, arrived on time, and sent appointment reminders. I will highly recommend them to every family member or friend that needs a plumber!
I have been using Wedgeworth for years - before it was sold to the current owner. It doesn't feel as personal as it used to with Mr. Wedgeworth but that is ok. They came out for a faucet repair and they were able to get out here quickly and fix the problem which I really appreciated. My only issue is the receipt did not have a good breakdown of the costs. Just one big number. I would like to know parts and labor costs as well as how much they charged me for taking away the ice maker that caused my problem. All in all, i received good polite service. The invoice breakdown would be the extra information that would be helpful for my records.
I have been using Wedgeworth Plumbing for 7 years now. Still batting 1000. It was nice to have a simple repair, with a simple solution for a simple price. My other past services were emergencies and they came out in less than an hour on one of them. They have repaired my water heater and it still going 5 years after repair. They have changed out some sort of "plug" in 2 of our showers to stop the heads from dripping and so my point is they are very broad in terms of available skill sets and services. You are safe with this team of professionals.
The plumber, Damondrick, demonstrated excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about our plumbing issue. He gave a thorough inspection and honest assessment/pricing. We will definitely use his services again if the need arises. I highly recommend him and felt safe with him in my home.
I called because I needed my washer hooked up. They were able to come within the hour so that was fantastic. Damondrick explained everything to me and was very friendly. I would highly recommend and I will be calling them if I need help in the future.

Shawn from Wedgeworth Plumbing came to my house last week to install a new toilet and repair 5 other problems. He is the best plumber to ever service my home by far. He is very professional and friendly explaining any questions I had. He showed his expertise by doing the job fast but perfectly. I have been using Wedgeworth Plumbing for 4 years and have never been disappointed with the plumbers or the women in the office. This is why I will be using this company for all my Plumbing needs.
I've used Wedgeworth Plumbing 3 separate times. I've never had any issues whatsoever and each time, they were certainly punctual, professional, provided quality care in their work and their prices very reasonable. All 3 representatives (Rex, Damonrick & J.J) were all very courteous.
I'm anyways grateful for a great customer experience and this one was one of the best I've had. First, they actually answered the phone. Second they made the appointment and called me to confirm when the plumber would be coming. Third, they showed up when they said they would. Fourth, the plumber was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and quick. And the price was fair. I was blown away! Great service Wedgeworth!!!!! Great job James!!!!

James and T.J. came by to help with what i thought was a clogged toilet or incorrectly installed plumbing causing my bathroom to stink. They pointed out that a pea trap had run dry and just ran the tub to fill it and only charged me a service fee for coming which wasn't much. Thanks for your help guys! Super friendly and helpful. Will recommend wedgeworth to all my family and friends, they always have A+ performance.
Has a minor plumbing issue and called Wedgeworth Plumbing. Shawn came by and got us all fixed up. Very professional, great job communicating what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. This is the second time we've used them and been happy with both service calls.

Extremely pleased with Donny servicing our house today. He was very knowledgeable about helping to find our leak with our new construction house and gave us a great referral for a leak detection company. We've been trying to figure this leak out and had several inspectors, etc come by. Within 30 minutes the leak was detected. Will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!
Friendly, professional service at a competitive price. Had a gas line installed to a stove and they took precautions including a leak test before and after, they consider wall placement and went to every effort to avoid any unnecessary damage. I am very pleased and will call for any future need and recommend to friends and neighbors.

This is the second time I have used Wedgeworth to replace a water heater for two different homes. They really are fantastic with customer service and I would absolutely use them again. I had to get a tub removed and installed in order to complete a tile installation. TJ and his team were very professional. They explained both the scope of the job and pricing in great detail. I felt like their pricing was reasonable.Definitely going to use them again.
I'd had an exterior faucet and intake pipe and valve on my studio workshop had been damaged and had to be replaced. TJ and his associate were wonderful! I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and that they took the time to explain what they needed to do before they started. While they did have to turn off the water to my house, they first installed a new shutoff valve to my studio building and had the water to my house back on faster than I'd expected! Instead of removing my siding, they removed my interior pedestal sink to access the area very carefully cutting out the sections of drywall. When they were done I was able to set the pieces back in tape and float the area with minimal work. Once it was dry they bolted and caulked my sink in place and cleaned everything up inside as well as insulated and taped the exterior pipes. I was also extremely impressed with their attention to detail as well as how personable they were, answering any questions I had. I would not hesitate to call on Wedgeworth again for any plumbing needs or to recommend them to anyone looking for a top company to take care of any plumbing issues at a great price!
I had two other companies come to our home and we were told we had to replace the valve for the faucet, which would involve removing tile. Rex came and was confident and replaced our cartridge and fixed the shower for half the cost of replacing a valve. I highly recommend this company.
When I made an appointment for plumbing service, the receptionist called me to keep me informed about when I should expect service. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous and professional as was his assistant. They completed the work, which was to change a cartridge in my whole house filter. He charged me a fair price. I would recommend this company

I had Wedgeworth come out about a month ago. They had a 2 person team come out and spent a few hours at my house doing their thing. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and really just did a great job. When I got the bill, I was actually surprised how reasonable it was. Considering the time 2 guys spent, I thought I'd be losing my shorts...but nope! Thanks guys! Would recommend!

Honest, respectful of your home, very reasonable in price. "D" worked for 2 hours on a 20 year old faucet and could not get to work---and didn't charge me. He then went to plumbing store, and replaced with new faucet and charged me a VERY reasonable price. These guys can be trusted!
I was very impressed with my experience. Me. D and TJ came to replace my hot water heater and did an excellent job. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. There were a few hiccups along the way, some of my tubing and other components were so old they fell apart and needed to be replaced. Despite the extra time needed he still honored the original quote price. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

I am so happy with the experience I had with this company that I had to share. There was an issue with the water at my home. They took an utmost care and spent an hour to look for the issue and completed the repair promptly. The quotation price is very much reasonable. Top quality service and attention to detail. The staff was also very kind and polite. If I ever need a plumber again, will choose Wedgeworth Plumbing.
**See Update** The personnel were on-time, polite and left the area clean after installing a new wax ring; however, after they left, the tank ran constantly and I waited a week for someone to come complete the adjustment and was charged for the follow-up. Also, I asked for a callback from the second visit to explain the charges and was never contacted. I have had several good experiences with the company, but this one was frustrating.***Update*** A person from the company followed up a week or so later. They called to apologize that the call had not been returned at the time and explained the work that was done. They also provided a partial refund. I was impressed that they cared enough to contact me to make things right. Will definitely use again.
Sean did a great job of installing our dryer. He even went to go get new parts from the store when there was an unexpected piece he didn't have. Would highly recommend as we also got some tips and free advice on other items in our home. Will definitely do business with again!

Always professional and friendly, but pricey. A very small crack in external tap assembly post freeze. $345 to replace... (I supplied my own $150 part). Disappointed the balance of the old assembly wasn't left with me for spare parts.
