WATSON MCKINNEY - Key Persons

Buck Watson

Buck Watson founded the predecessor firms of Watson McKinney, LLP, in 1969, having come to Huntsville in 1964 to practice with another law firm. His practice over the years included many high profile personal injury, criminal, and class action cases. Rebekah joined Buck in practice in 1998 and practiced alongside him until his death in 2016. Buck was beloved by many as he was a problem-solver and a firm believer that the practice of law is a profession, not a business, and thus spent countless hours doing pro bono legal work. In keeping with Buck's philosophy and practice, Watson McKinney, LLP continues to take pro bono assignments from the Courts and the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program.
