Due to the extreme demand on our service we will only be able to try to call you once or at the most twice if you have a telephone appointment, so please keep your phone by you. We will do our best to call within 1 hour of your appointment time. This may be earlier or later depending on availability of staff... Patient confidentiality is our priority, we are therefore unable to book appointments at the reception desk, please ring the surgery to arrange an appointment... COVID Update: in line with other NHS providers and due to low levels of Covid, staff and patients are no longer required to wear face masks in surgery. However, it is personal choice, you can wear a mask if you wish to continue to do so. We also ask that you wear a face mask if you are attending surgery and have respiratory symptoms.
