Debbie joined the legal profession in 2000. She came to Williams McKenzie in 2011 having previously worked in another North Canterbury Law Firm.
Debbie assists the solicitors with sales and purchases, refinances, new mortgages and reverse equity mortgages.
Outside of work Debbie enjoys spending time with her family.
Debbie works Monday to Wednesday.
Louise has worked in the legal profession for over 30 years and commenced at Williams McKenzie in September 1992 (then Fraser Venning & Crerar). She is a Legal Executive in the conveyancing team.
Louise assists the solicitors with sales and purchases, refinances, new mortgages and reverse equity mortgages.
Outside of work Louise spends as much time as possible with her two young grandchildren, family and friends, renovating and maintaining their 100 year old villa and lifestyle block and gardening. She also enjoys walking, exploring the great NZ backyard and reading a good book.
Louise works Wednesday to Friday.
Pam joined Williams McKenzie in 2012 as the Trust Account Administrator, aided by her background in company and chartered accountancy. In 2018 she took on the position of Practice Manager which along with the role of AML Compliance Officer, keeps her very busy.
As much as Pam enjoys her work, she also loves spending time with family, friends and a glass of wine.

Sophia moved from the UK in June 2003 and worked in a Christchurch law firm before joining Williams McKenzie in 2018 as a Legal Executive. She qualified as a Registered Legal Executive in July 2018.
Sophia is our Estates Administrator and also assists with Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. She has an interest in the elder-care sector and particularly enjoys assisting our elderly clients in completing their legal needs.
Outside of work, Sophia enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, two children and her French Bulldog "Bear".

Tandy joined Williams McKenzie in February 2019 after spending several years specializing in insurance litigation following the Canterbury earthquakes. Originally from Zimbabwe, Tandy has lived in New Zealand for over 15 years.
Tandy is a member of the New Zealand Law Society Canterbury Westland Family Law Committee.
Outside work, Tandy enjoys spending time with her young family and their dog, CoCo.

Vanessa has been a Legal Executive in the conveyancing team at Williams McKenzie since 2004, having worked in law offices since 1989.
Vanessa assists the solicitors with sales and purchases, refinances, new mortgages, reverse equity mortgages and subdivisions.
Her interests outside of work are walking, gardening and spending time with her family.
Vanessa works four days a week, with Wednesdays being her day out of the office.
