Arjen has graduated in law and tax law completing his master and post master degrees in The Netherlands and at Harvard Business School. Arjen started his career with various international top tier law firms and has been an international partner for many years at a Big Four firm. With over 22 years of experience as trusted board room advisor Arjen has seen almost every business challenge across various sectors and across many countries. Last few years Arjen deeply specialized in strategy coaching and governance. Arjen is passionate about joining companies on their path of growth, helping to develop, refresh and execute the strategy including finding the right talents to do so. Arjen joined Wise&Miller as strategic advisor to the board as well as to clients of Wise&Miller.

Ibrahim has graduated from Lyon Business School in France with a Master in Marketing and International Management with a major in Finance. He is a trilingual Senior Business Manager, having an extensive global experience of 20+ years in multiple industries: FMCG, food & beverages, building materials, chemicals, water treatment and oil & gas.
During the last 20 years, Ibrahim worked for prominent Saudi groups and multinational companies across the GCC and developed a sound expertise in business transformation and restructuring, new business development, and change management.
Ibrahim is a Transformational Leader and is passionate about supporting companies in growing and improving their financial performance, through defining their vision, executing the strategy and managing and retaining the right talents.
He strongly believes that people are the key pillars and most important asset to any sustainable and successful business.
Ibrahim is passionate about, empowering and inspiring people and positively impacting people lives; he enjoys coaching, training and driving people to find their passion and purpose and live to their best.
Ibrahim joined Wise&Miller as a strategic advisor for the Saudi market.
After studying Law at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, Marc started his career in the Telecoms industry in 1994. He held several senior sales positions at global telecom operators in the Netherlands.
In 2004 Marc followed a post-academic Mediation training program at the University of Amsterdam and became a registered Mediator in 2006. With a natural interest in human and social behavior, he became more and more passionate about working in a business focused on people.
In 2006 Marc joined an Executive Search firm in the Netherlands, where he successfully recruited for senior positions at different global companies and start-ups. Looking for a new adventure abroad in 2008, he co-founded Wise&Miller Executive Search in Dubai. Since 2012 Wise&Miller is part of ENEX, a Global Executive Search Network, with offices in over 40 countries.
Marc's experience of more than a decade on retained senior assignments in the Middle East and Africa regions, resulted in an extensive global network of long-standing clients and candidates. Marc also established strong partnerships with top business schools like London Business School and INSEAD and is a frequent speaker at networking events and forums.
Marc's executive search work during the last 15 years and the related intense interactions with candidates naturally progressed into coaching many of those with their career decisions. In the beginning of 2018 Marc completed the MMS coaching program in Dubai and became a certified MMS Coach.
