Carly joined Wilson Security in early 2024 and brings with her an extensive leadership track record spanning the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. With 22 years of experience in the aviation sector, along with the logistics and FMCG sectors, she has led diverse teams at both start-ups and established organisations ripe for ongoing transformation. She has a strong track record of delivering positive disruption in highly competitive industries, underpinned by a drive to unlock sustainable value for people and customers. In her most recent role, Carly was Chief Commercial Officer of an Australian start-up centred around positive digital disruption, redefining the customer experience and challenging industry norms. Previously, she led strategic transformation in several iconic Australian organisations. Her leadership brings with it a deep regard for people development and strategic partnerships. A drive to seek innovative solutions to positively disrupt is inherent in her leadership style.

Julianne Major

Julianne commenced at Wilson in March 2019 when she was successful for a casual Security Officer position. In her first six months with the Company, she showed a dedication to learning and developing which led her into her current position of Site Supervisor for the ACT Russell Defence site. Progression: While Julianne was awaiting her Defence clearance at the beginning of her employment with Wilson, she volunteered to work at various other sites and in different roles in order to increase her knowledge of the business. Shortly after, Julianne began working in the Wilson office and assisted with rostering, patrols logging and general administration. In May 2019 when a Site Supervisor position became available at Russell, Julianne was successful for the full time role and has since been supervising over 25 guards who perform static, control room and gatehouse duties. Julianne: "Attitude is everything. Start each day with a positive outlook and the sky is the limit".

Nick Frangoulis - CEO

Faced with a complex and rapidly changing industry, Nick has a mandate to drive business transformation throughout the security business by showcasing Wilson Security as the leader and pioneer for industry change, plus delivering the most effective, efficient business model to meet our customers' and stakeholders' needs. With a large workforce of security professionals in what is ultimately a ‘people business', providing care and support to our people is critical - and something that Nick is committed to delivering as CEO. Nick joined the organization in 2011 and has held multiple roles, including as Group Chief Operating Officer. Backed by this industry and commercial know-how, he provides authentic leadership to build our capabilities and competencies. Nick Schijf - COO

Prior to working at Wilson Parking, he spent 12 years leading commercial activities across service industries, including building solutions and access control. An accountant by trade, Nick's experience broadened his practice into business and financial operations, delivery of the business, and customer management. Relating with the front line of the business, Nick considers customer engagement crucial, as well as helping frontline workforce understand the requirements of customers. He believes this engagement has a positive and longstanding impact on the business and its customers.

Paige Matthees

Paige Matthees started with Wilson Security in 2017 after she was successful in her application in a Uniform Coordinator and Administration role. Shortly after starting with the company, Paige successfully completed one of the first Making Tracks programs where she obtained her security licence. Career Progression: After completing the Making Tracks Program in 2019, Paige was promoted into an Operator role in our NOC, then onto a Client Services Administrator in 2020 when a position became available for covering maternity leave. Before the leave period ended, Paige was asked to stay on permanently to be promoted as a Client Services Manager due to her team wanting her to stay. During Paige's time in these roles, she developed strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders in schools, retail, critical infrastructure and aged care facilities. Paige: "I have grown professionally and personally in my 4.5 years and can't thank my team past and present enough for the role they played in that. I think what Wilson Security is doing for Indigenous Engagement is fantastic."

Paul Brazier

A trusted operations focused security professional, Paul joined Wilson Security in 2007 with a long and broad experience in law enforcement, retail loss prevention and security manpower. As General Manager Risk and Compliance, Paul manages our regulatory compliance, having wide industry and business experience gained from national account management of key large accounts, oversight of our 24-hour Operations Centres, operational training strategy and delivery and specialist security functions. Paul's current responsibility extends to managing a team of security specialists providing high-level operational support to our operations and customers through services that include security risk management, close personal protection, specialist guarding and technical security services. Paul has led large-scale and complex events, including Australia's host year of G20 meetings and the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Paul brings maturity, operational savvy, and a strong compliance focus to his role.

Rick Westerhoff - CFO
