Alex is our dedicated Longview Property Manager at Wright-Way Real Estate and Property Management. With 15 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Originally from Austin, Alex recently made the move to Longview and has fallen in love with the serene atmosphere of the area. Married with two kids, Alex cherishes spending quality time with family, including their beloved dog, Bowser. When not managing properties, Alex enjoys indulging in hobbies such as building puzzles, exploring new restaurants, and hitting the dance floor.
A lover of games, Alex's enthusiasm extends to murder mystery games, adding an element of excitement to leisure time. As a plant enthusiast and proud Puerto Rican, Alex's vibrant personality shines through in every interaction. Known for her sunny disposition and non-judgmental nature, Alex is passionate about fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Alex is an avid reader, devouring an impressive average of two books per month. With a love for food and cookies, Alex's zest for life is evident in every aspect of her being. Whether it's managing properties or trying out the latest culinary delights, Alex approaches each day with boundless energy and enthusiasm, making her an invaluable asset to the Wright-Way team.
Angie is one of our newest team members but she has made herself a home here at Wright-Way! Angie has over 30 years' experience in customer services and really shines as the first face of the Wright-Way office. Her effervescent personality and eagerness to help others set her apart. She is loved by all for her above and beyond customer service and willingness to ensure our client's needs are always met. You can always count on Angie to be there when you need it! Meeting new people is one of her favorite parts of the job. She says, "A stranger is just a friend I haven't met yet." In 2001, Kristi Jarvis was offered the opportunity to oversee the management of a property for Wright-Way in which a total renovation of facility and clientele was being initiated. Kristi was excited by the challenge and jumped at the opportunity to put her skills to work where they would make a difference. With time and dedication, she was vital in helping Wright-Way and the property owners achieve their goals of transforming the property into something the community could be proud of.
Since then, Kristi was invited to join our corporate management team. Over the past 20+ years, she has overseen the long-term strategic financial planning of over 450 properties. She works hands-on in every aspect of the management of Wright-Way's rental properties, dealing directly with residents, owners and vendors; investigating, mediating and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Kristi considers it an honor to be a member of the Wright-Way family. She says, "The most wonderful gifts are working for a local company, run by honest people, who provide an energy efficient work environment and make you feel like one of the family."
Lauren is the newest addition to our solar department. She handles invoicing, organizing jobs, and creating job folders. She keeps all information organized and together to keep our team on the same page from start to finish. She works to connect your solar system to the power company through interconnection as well as puts together all tax information needed to get you your tax credit for your new system. Lauren is also in charge of ordering materials and making sure we have what we need to get the job done the Wright-Way. As the youngest Wright, she hopes to learn about each department with the aspiration of taking over when Rudy and Yvonne decide to step back from the day-to-day operations.
Away from work, Lauren is passionate about music. She started with piano nine years ago and has since found a love for her ukulele and singing. She regularly plays at the local farmers market as well as family gatherings and is actively trying to expand to play more spots around town. You can often find her playing her ukulele at home singing with her 3 cats and Pitbull, Zodiac. She has been a great asset to the team, especially as the demand for solar increases in East Texas and surrounding areas.

Sarah joined Wright-Way in October 2021 and has loved being a part of the family. Sarah has been a part-time Realtor in Texas for over 15 years, while also being a caretaker for her mom and dad. This is not Sarah's first experience with a small family business. When she was only 12 years old, she started working with her family, waitressing at the family's restaurants. She also managed convenience stores, gas stations, and numerous liquor stores, including Midway Package and Feed Store located in Frankston. After the passing of her parents, Sarah is ready to devote more time to real estate. She is ready to share her insights of Tyler and the surrounding areas with all buyers, sellers, and renters! Sarah wants to help you achieve your real estate goals the "Wright-Way".

Problem solver. Logistical coordinator. Paperwork pusher. Check signer. Mom extraordinaire. Yvonne runs the day-to-day operations at both Wright-Way and the Wright household. She is the company's linchpin, gatekeeper, and information bank. When not in the office, she enjoys supporting her 3 daughters and riding motorcycles with her husband, Rudy. She also loves Halloween and the color purple.
