The first office was a modest three-room space with faded blue carpet and a roof that leaked whenever it rained. Brent, who had recently worked on high-profile projects like the Stratosphere Tower, Circus Circus Adventuredome, and UNLV Lied Library, took out a $75,000 home equity loan to cover start-up costs. With a mix of affordable new and used office equipment and his own computer from home, he laid the foundation for what would become a remarkable success story.
