The Western Wisconsin Public Health Readiness Consortium (WWPHRC) is a regional consortium consisting of nineteen local public health agencies and two tribal health agencies. Established in 2003 with funding from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, our purpose is to help our members develop local capacity to effectively respond to all types of health emergencies, including bioterrorism, infectious disease outbreaks, and natural disasters.
