With a Diploma in Business Administration and Private Secretary, Amy joined XCS with twenty years of experience in Office Business Administration. In XCS, Amy oversees the entire office administrative, accounting operations and HR management. She is responsible for maintaining the day to day financial, organizational, procedural and physical operations of the office.
With a broad knowledge and over 10 years of experience in the Building Construction, Interior Design and Facilities Management industries, Irene leads the Project Team in XCS to deliver the clients' requirements and expectations. With a degree from Australia, she has dealt with diverse major projects - from design, estimation, construction & project management in both Australia & Singapore.
Shann holds a Specialist Diploma in BIM from BCAA and joined XCS as Project Executive managing BIM training programs and projects. She is also an Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit Architecture and a lecturer in Building and Construction Authority Academy (BCAA) since 2006.
A registered and qualified pioneer in the Architectural and Building industry, William plays an influential and vital role in the promotion of BIM adoption in the local AEC industry as an Architect, a BIM practitioner as well as an avid BIM enthusiast.
With more than 25 years of experience in the building industry, William also runs his own architectural firm in Singapore and is a strong advocate of leveraging on IT in building practices and started exploring parametric 3D modeling techniques back in 2001.
William was the first President of the buildingSMART Singapore and was also the past Vice-President for Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA). Currently, he is a council member of the SIA and Chairman for the Construction Industry IT Standards Committee.
He is also member of the BCA BIM Steering Committee and local panel of BIM experts under BCA, and often promotes and advises many local enterprises to adopt and implement BIM to improve their efficiency and productivity.
