We are able to measure/scan an existing part, obsolete tooling, or anything else you'd like to produce/reproduce, but don't have engineering drawings for and create a CAD model for production using our FARO portable CMM, Verisuf, and CATIA V5. We go the extra mile and logically clean up messy scans to provide clean, concise models that you can take straight to production. We can also create 3D models from 2D prints, Mylars or .pdf files... Using our 3 ft (6 ft dia) FARO Platinum Arm and Verisurf inspection software, we can do inspections of your production parts to an existing CAD model using Digital Product Definition or to 2D print media and provide detailed reports to your requirements. We have been serving the aircraft industry in Wichita for over 50 years and understand industry dimensioning and tolerancing as well as fit and function concepts to help you meet your requirements...
