They sent Pete to school and after one month on the job, he knew he loved the work.
Unfortunately, Pete learned this franchise was less about taking care of the customer and more about making sales after sales. Pete wasn't a salesman and didn't want to become one, so started his own company devoted to providing honest, top-quality work at fair, transparent, reasonable prices.
