Carolina Estevez is the founder of ABC Management of CENTRAL FL, with experience in managing HOA'S. Her background in Real Estate, HOA Management, and Account Management, inform her mindful but competitive approach. Carolina is fueled by her passion for understanding people, community's needs and loves working closely with the BOARD of DIRECTORS and Homeowners alike. She considers herself a ‘forever student,' eager to both build on her academic foundations in Community management, and Account management. She stays in tune with the latest management strategies through continued coursework. Carolina's hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her success at ABC Management of Central FL, where she led and runs a successful HOA management team while also being in the Top 2% of Active Real Estate Agents in the Orlando area. Meanwhile, she vastly improved the productivity of her team by implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for her business. Carolina believes mindfulness in the workplace is the key to success - she lives out through her interests in, yoga, meditation, and music.
