Vinyl Windows is a family-owned and operated company, incorporating two generations, whose founder Francisco (Frank) Cabral continues to work in his plant with his people and has had a very hands-on approach to management. Our manufacturing facility in the Niagara Region has grown from 2,500 square feet to 22,000 square feet on 14 acres of prime industrial land.
