More than 20 years ago, Ms. Evans joined Advantage Administration, Inc. as the VP of Revenue Cycle Management with over 30 years of healthcare consulting and management experience. Ms. Evans specializes in "turnaround" management projects and has successfully streamlined the revenue cycle processes in every client she has been assigned, resulting in decreased overhead and increased revenue 100% of the time. Her "roll-up her sleeves" approach results in accelerated revenue cycle change and long lasting implementation. Ms. Evans has managed a team of consultants who successfully reorganized billing and collections departments resulting in additional client collections of greater than $50 million. Ms. Evans assisted in rescuing multiple practices from bankruptcy by restructuring registration processes, timely and clean claim filing, aggressive follow-up, staff accountability and restructuring staff responsibilities. Ms. Evans builds long-term relationships with clients and physicians and she excels at working with staff to help them reach their full potential. Ms. Evans was selected as 1 of 6 American Academy of Ophthalmology national CodeQuest instructors from 2004 - 2010.

Joseph Carroll - CEO, President

Mr. Carroll has been working in the healthcare field for over 47 years. During that time, he has held a wide variety of clinical and healthcare managerial positions. As the founder and President & CEO of Advantage Administration, Inc., Mr. Carroll is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Mr. Carroll has provided managerial consultative advice to hundreds of physician practices and some of the leading academic eye hospitals throughout the US. He has been a guest speaker at national meetings and published articles on strategic planning, customer service, financial, managerial and human resource management topics that are relevant to operating a successful physician practice in today's ever changing economic environment. He has been a Board member for Ophthalmic Management for over seven years. Mr. Carroll is a graduate of Elon University and completed his graduate work at the George Washington University. Mr. Carroll started his healthcare career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist that included extensive clinical training with an internship and fellowship in Respiratory Therapy at Duke University Medical Center. His extensive training as a clinician in critical care and as a healthcare manager provides Advantage clients with a unique perspective on practice management issues.

Michael Carroll

More than 15 years ago, Mr. Carroll joined the Company and has been responsible for the Company's growth and market positioning. Mr. Carroll is charged with the responsibility of implementing strategy initiatives to increase market share and developing operational realignment strategies to support such growth. Prior to becoming a partner, Mr. Carroll directed, managed and supported up to 25 consultants, including 3 vice presidents, for clinical and revenue cycle re-engineering projects. Mr. Carroll also directed more than 10 consultants on financial turnaround projects for private physician practice groups, including a court-appointed receivership project which prevented bankruptcy. Mr. Carroll also acted as client liaison for all of the Company's project scoping, contract negotiations, quality assurance and professional fee setting which resulted in improved Company organization. When Mr. Carroll started with the Company, he was a consultant and traveled nationwide to clients. During this time, Mr. Carroll performed cost reduction strategies, financial statement analysis and budgeting for various sized healthcare organizations throughout the US. Mr. Carroll is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He is the president of Agnite Health, LLC, which is a revenue cycle management company affiliated with advantage.
