Frank Valentic is the Director of Advantage Property Consulting and with 20 years' experience, he has built a reputation as one of Australia's leading Buyers and Vendors Advocates. Frank started his own property portfolio over 25 years ago and he has purchased over 50 properties personally so he certainly walks the walk and talks the talk! Frank is a multiple industry award winner, having won the REIV and REIA Buyers Agent awards as well as leading his company to win the Small and Medium Agency and Customer Service Awards on multiple occasions. He is considered one of Melbourne's trusted opinions in property and is regularly asked to provide commentary in The Age, Herald Sun, Financial Review, Current Affair, Channel 10 and 9 News and other various forms of media. He is the only Buyers Advocate to appear on all 11 Melbourne series of Channel 9's ‘The Block' TV show as a Buyers Advocate Judge and has bid on 40 of the 50 Block properties and bought 8 properties for his clients.(and jumped on 8 auctioneers!) His competitive and determined nature was moulded by his 20 year career as a semi professional soccer player and has represented Victoria and Australia at various levels. His previous employment experience includes working as a Secondary P.E Teacher and Fitness Instructor and holding various management positions in the Fitness Industry and Sports Management sector over a 13 year career prior to starting in real estate.

Laura Braun

Laura began her career in Real Estate as a Portfolio Manager in 2008 and having worked with both Residential and Commercial properties, she has gained a vast range of knowledge within the Real Estate Industry. ‘I enjoy the daily challenges of working in Real Estate", states Laura. "I think being a good listener is one of the key qualities and you need to be responsive to client needs. Having the patience to get the job done right the first time is also important; for me being a friendly face that clients can trust makes all the difference in building relationships."

Michelle Valentic

Michelle has over 20 years of administration and customer service experience working across various industries. She holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, Diploma of Mortgage Broking and is a Licensed Estate Agent, which has enabled her to assist our clients and staff with her broad range of knowledge across property and investment matters. Michelle is passionate about ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and assisting our team to continually improve. She runs all aspects of the day to day business including Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. She loves working within the Real Estate Industry and implementing systems and procedures to ensure Advantage continues to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Michelle spent 10 years performing in Musical Theatre as a dancer and still loves to keep fit outside of work. She is busy raising two young children whilst enjoying all that Melbourne has to offer in the way of restaurants, parks and of course attending the theatre when ever she gets the chance.
