We are a custom inflatable manufacturer. Most standard inflatables can be made in one week or less, most dancers can ship within 2 days... All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Please call 770-787-1869 to obtain an RMA. No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA. To provide any credit or replacement units, we must first have a chance to receive and completely inspect your return. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. All stock items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee after item has been returned, inspected and approved. No custom designed inflatable will be returned. We are a custom inflatable manufacturer and any custom inflatable created specifically for a customer by way of design or custom colors, or custom banners that can not be sold as stock item will not be accepted for return.
