At Playversity Being, we specialise in Play Therapy for children and adults. We incorporate the Synergetic Play Therapy principles with Emotional Intelligence to help a child or adult understand that every feeling is valid and for them not to judge themselves. For example, for them to know what makes them happy they need to have experienced what makes them sad. At the same time, we look at fears and values using techniques from the Dr Demartini principles to help them with their anxiety, concentration and regulation for them to be the best, most authentic and congruent version of themselves.
