ANNIE DIAZ-CANNON - VP of Sales

Annie Diaz-Cannon joined the AHR team in 1995 and currently serves as the Director of Sales. Annie is responsible for account relationships and development. Ms. Diaz-Cannon started her Hospitality and Meeting Planning career in 1982 - immediately following her graduation from Florida State University. She has worked for Americana Hotels, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Sonesta Hotels. In addition, Annie has been an active MPI member during her hotel sales career and is currently a member of Associated Meeting Professionals. She has served on various committees within the organization.

RICHARD PRESCOTT

Richard has an extensive history in the marketing and hospitality fields - originally as a design, marketing and communications specialist in the architecture and real estate development sector, then in the hospitality industry as the owner, manager and marketer of his own portfolio of luxury vacation rental homes in Palm Beach, FL. This is where he honed his skills in web development and internet marketing strategies for the travel industry as well as an understanding for travel and hospitality issues such as advertising, bookings and guest relations.

RONALD ROBERTSON - Founder, President

Ron Robertson, President and co-founder of AHR. Ron has been maintaining superior customer relationships since 1991. Ron has a long history of involvement in the hospitality and meetings industry. Robertson started his career in Front Office management with ITT Sheraton, Washington, DC. For the following 22 years, he held numerous Sales and Marketing positions with ITT Sheraton, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Lincoln Hotels & Resorts and W.B. Johnson Properties in Tampa, Florida. He also held the position of Director of Sales for a leading Hotel Representation Firm located in Washington, DC. In addition, he has been involved in numerous industry organizations including MPI, PMPI, ASAE, AMPS and PCMA. In 1991 Ron was awarded the coveted Potomac Chapter of Meeting Professionals International-Supplier of the Year Award.
