Kathleen Arndt has been a member of the Gaylord community her entire life and is ready to assist you with the purchase or sale of your property! Kathleen, team member at Alpine Realty Group, will put your needs first. As a Gaylord native and MSU graduate, Kathleen (Wilkinson) Arndt has enjoyed an extensive career working in the non-profit housing field for over 30 years focused directly in serving our veterans, low income, and homeless families. She has gained extensive knowledge as a property manager, business owner, and enjoys connecting the needs of people to services within the community. As an administrator for over 20 years, serving 21 Counties in Northern Lower Michigan she has become proficient in community resources and strives to offer the best service to those in need. Further, she has honed her skills as a community organizer, grant writer, and fundraiser for various community organizations.
As a mother of two sons, she and her late husband Ken enjoyed many outdoor activities, loving to boat and exploring the beauty of Northern Michigan in any season. Volunteering over 25 years as a National Ski Patroller, as well as a swim coach and boy scout leader, you can be assured she is task-oriented, organized, and willing to make you a top priority.
She firmly believes that residing in a house doesn't make it a home until you add your personal touch and love. Grounded in all things by her deep faith, she will act with integrity, honestly, work hard to earn your trust, and create an enjoyable transition for those seeking to sell or purchase a home.
