Jim has broad experience in heat exchanger engineering, and he has held many leadership positions in the industry, including: Founder and Managing Director of Technical Consultants, Inc. a consulting firm for heat exchanger design and production; President of Peregrine Industries, a $12 million manufacturing operation; Technical Director at Thermal Components Group; and Engineering Manager of Thermalex, Inc.
Norm has many years of experience in the design and engineering of heat exchangers and heat exchange systems using all major coil technologies, including brazed aluminum microchannel (BAM™). Through his company norm costello consulting, Norm provides the state-of-the-art Instinct Code software for designing and modelling the performance of heat exchangers, including brazed aluminum microchannel (BAM™) coils.
